This Shea Butter is incredible! The texture is so amazing! So easy to work with... I use it in most of my products: soap, lip balms, lotion bars... but it's most divine in my whipped body butters! My customers love it, and I'll never stop using it!

First time ordering from FNWL. The refined Shea Butter feels creamy, soft and smooth. I like the texture. I would order again, but it is a bit high for my current financial state. However, I am pleased with the overall product.
I ordered two at different times and they were both grainy. Otherwise they worked well that why the 4 rating.

I love this Shea butter. So far, it's the best I've found, and I've tried a bunch of different suppliers. The scent is great. It's refined but somehow has still retained a nice natural scent. I use this for my body butter recipes mostly which I do not melt down completely so needing a shea butter that does not arrive grainy is important. So far with this she butter I have had luck. It has only arrived grainy a few times, others times it's in a smooth crushed state, which is perfect.
Easy to scoop and measure - great product!
This butter is way creamier than the shea butter I had gotten from the two other companies I had ordered shea butter from before I found FNWL. Can't wait to try other butters now!

I simply LOVE From Nature With Love Shea Butter! I have purchased shea butter for a number of years from other companies. I recently began purchasing from FNWL, and the quality and the packaging is exceptional!
I went back to this old faithful since you're not carrying Almond Butter. I still love the products and will continue to use them.
I didn't take note of the word crushed when I bought this. It's grainy like sand. So it takes a little extra work to melt in my hands. But once it does melt, I like it a lot. It's great for my skin and hair. The tub is very large for the money so it should last me forever.

I was very pleased with the quality of your Shea Butter! I ordered the exact amount 16 oz. that I needed for some products I was making. Unfortunately, I seem to have only received 15 oz. so that was a little disappointing.

Jodi, our Shea Butter is sold by the fluid ounce not by weight. We are very careful in measuring our products, so I wonder if that is the cause of the discrepancy. By all means, please contact our Customer Care Department if you'd like to discuss it or the differences between weight and volume measurements.
The butter was slightly grainy from the tub. But as soon as it is melted completely, the graininess went away. I didn't have to keep it on the stove any longer. I use Shea Butter in all my lip balm and cream recipes.
I combine your Shea Butter with oil and essential oils, whipped to make a luscious, creamy body butter.
The Shea butter is always the same consistency and quality. It doesn't change due to heat or cold. It is smooth and non-greasy. I will continue to buy it as it is 100% consistent quality.
Love this. It is a tad bit gritty but may be the result of my cooling method. The scent is very pleasant and complements well with the almond FNWL fragrance oil. From my experience, the customer service is exceptional.
This is the best Shea Butter I have ever purchased. Very moisturizing on both my hair and skin. Blends very well with oils and is a nice texture.

This is some of the best Refined Shea Butter I have ever used, No smell, no color! Great for when you want to use shea butter but don't want the general yellow/brown color in your mixture. I also like how it's very light and fluffy in texture too!!! Great one. I will order again!!!

Really happy with your shea butter. It could even be great by itself without adding it to anything.
Good Shea Butter. I use this on my skin and hair. Well basically, Shealoe is what I use. I mix this shea butter with aloe gel 1:1 and a bit of rosemary es. The final product is great, smooth and creamy. I like the fact that this Shea Butter does not have a strong smell.
I'm not completely happy with this product. The texture is grainy out of the jar and continued to be grainy even after heating it at 85C for 30+ min with gentle cooldown. Any suggestions?

Alison, this particular Shea Butter is an incredibly nourishing and luxurious butter. But sometimes, Shea Butter can take a little trial and error to work with until you've become experienced in working with it. The grainyness may be a direct result of transit, especially with the possible temperature fluctuations during transit during this particularly brutal winter around the country. It does not indicate any quality issues with the butter. I recommend doublechecking your thermometer. Also, please be sure that you are measuring the temperature of the actual shea butter and not letting the thermometer just rest against the bottom of your melting container - that can give you a much hotter reading than that of the temperature of the shea butter itself. I have really lovely results when doing that or when I whip the butter after heating it (intermix a few minutes of whipping with freezing and vice versa until it's the texture that you want).

Shea Butter is an excellent source for dry and sensitive skin. I use it everyday.
I love how it melts. It feels cool and smooth and leaves skin very soft.
Your Crushed & Refined Shea Butter was excellent. I heated it to 120 degrees for 20 minutes and allowed it to cool. Then I added essential oils and blended it with the cooled shea butter. I had my friends try it and they loved it. Wonderful stuff.

I purchased this butter to use alone as a moisturizer. The 16 oz. tub has lasted forever. The scent is very mild. Although shea isn't a heavy moisturizer, it does need to be warmed up in your hands, and it is pretty greasy feeling. I would suggest letting is soak in before putting on clothing if you are using it as a pure butter. It can't be beat for extremely dry skin, especially in winter!
