You are going to really like this soap. My wife mixes different soaps together to formulate her own recipes, and she really likes the MP soaps. She is really glad I found FNWL for her, and she intends to purchase many more MP soaps.

Mark, I frequently work with our M&P bases and I do NOT experience the situation you describe and other customers aren't expressing the same situation. It sounds like you're overheating the bases. Try melting them at a lower setting and be sure you are using a double boiler. As an added tip, avoid using the microwave as that can dry out the soap.
Excellent. Not only moisturizing but very softening. The butter stays with you all day long.
This base has excellent lathering characteristics for shaving when mixed with aloe vera oil and bentonite clay. The lather is unbelievable and is resistant to drying on the face while shaving. It's the BEST formulation for shaving.
