I love this and all other products I've purchased from FNWL! If you are looking for high quality ingredients try theirs. You will not be disappointed. I've tried products from many other online wholesalers, and I have to say FNWL beats everyone on quality, and customer service is great. Very helpful and professional!
This is absolutely perfect. Not all recipes work with beeswax as an emulsifier, but this is exactly what I needed. Not waxy feeling and stays smooth. Thank you!
I have used FNWL emulsifying wax for about 10 years and have never run into any issues. My lotions and creams come out perfectly. I have no discoloration issues or separation. I love it and will continue to use it.
I love the Emulsifying Wax that you guys have. It's easy to measure thanks to it being in pellet size, and the wax is very easy to use. I plan on buying plenty more from you. Thanks.
This is the third order I receive with the following concerns: 1- Product color changes to light pink within 2 months 2- Acetic acid odor comes out of the product inside the glass container we use for storage at room temperature 3- Can no longer make creams, we change our formulas to make our products in lotion form 4- Gradually with time, even lotions will separate water from oil phase if left overnight. We never faced this issue before and now we are thinking of discontinuing this wax from FNWL unless serious measures are taken to rectify the issue.

Khalid, we've tried contacting you, but haven't heard back from you yet. We take all concerns very seriously, and we have been testing our Emulsifying Wax to ensure there isn't a problem with it. Our formulations have been successful and are remaining stable. Additionally, none of our other customers are expressing concerns when using our Emulsifying Wax. Therefore, it sounds like there could be a problem with the manner that you have been storing the wax. However, this is merely my best guess until we hear back from you. At your earliest opportunity, please respond to to our Customer Care team.
