Our pure, premium therapeutic quality Organic Hemlock Essential Oil is clear to pale yellow in hue. It is steam distilled from the needles and twigs of organic Canadian Tsuga canadensis. As with all of our organic ingredients, it is certified organic by CCOF.

Organic Hemlock Essential Oil is a beautifully fragrant conifer oil that is aromatically fresh, crisp and woody. It is a must-have oil for the holidays and wintertime use, but it is lovely to use year round. Organic Hemlock Essential Oil is considered a middle note in natural fragrance work, and it blends well with many other aromatics including essential oils within the conifer, spice, mint, wood and citrus families.

Organic Hemlock Essential Oil contains approximately 50-60% monoterpenes making the essential oil beneficial when incorporated into diffuser blends, sprays and other products intended to support the respiratory system and to support overall wellness. Organic Hemlock Oil also contains approximately 30-35% esters. It is uplifting without being stimulating, and can be helpful in formulations intended to calm and balance the emotions.
