Our Roasted Coffee Oil is expeller pressed from premium quality roasted beans harvested from Coffea arabica shrubs that have been cultivated on Brazilian farms. A member of the Rubiaceae plant family, several species of the genus Coffea exist. Coffea arabica is preferred for its rich, robust flavor and aroma.

Coffee plants are native to the tropical regions of South America, Asia and Africa. The Coffea arabica plant is a small shrub that typically reaches 3-4 meters in height, and the seeds are commonly referred to as beans.

Roasting the beans changes the chemical and aromatic composition of the beans and results in the characteristic, rich, robust flavor that coffee is widely known for.
