Our Organic Raspberry Seed CO2 Total Extract is produced using CO2 supercritical extraction from certified organic raspberry seeds. Raspberries are the succulent, aggregate fruits of the perennial plant, Rubus idaeus. The plant is native and found growing wild in Europe, Asia and South America. Rubus idaeus is also cultivated successfully in moderate climates worldwide.

Organic Raspberry Seed CO2 Total Extract is a remarkably nourishing extract for personal care and is well suited for your finest beauty, cosmetic, aromatherapy and wellness applications. It is comprised primarily of polyunsaturated fatty acids. It contains an impressive 23-30% alpha-linolenic acid, an omega-3 essential fatty acid. The extract is also abundant in linoleic acid. It is remarkably helpful in maintaining healthy skin, supporting skin elasticity, soothing problem skin, minimizing the appearance of wrinkles and supporting those with maturing skin.

The extract is golden yellow to light brown in color and possesses a characteristic, faint sweet, fruity aroma. It is a medium viscosity extract that absorbs beautifully into the skin.
