Organic German Chamomile Hydrosol

Our Organic German Chamomile Hydrosol possesses a wonderfully sweet, chamomile aroma. It is meticulously produced by expert artisanal distillers who distill specifically for the hydrosol. It is not distilled as a byproduct of essential oil production. Distilled using copper alembic stills, our Organic German Chamomile Hydrosol does not have the unpleasant "still note" that hydrosols can have when they are produced using stainless steel equipment. Distillation using copper stills may also help the hydrosol be more resistant to microbial growth.

Organic German Chamomile Hydrosol is highly versatile and can be used for a variety of applications on its own or as an ingredient in a wide range of formulations. We ship our hydrosols in plastic to avoid breakage, but hydrosols should be transferred to glass as soon as possible. Like essential oils, hydrosols should be stored in a cool dry place. The shelf life of hydrosols is up to 2 years when they are stored properly. Our Organic German Chamomile Hydrosol does not contain any preservatives. Hydrosols can be stored in the refrigerator.
