Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol

Our Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol is meticulously produced by expert artisanal distillers who distill specifically for the hydrosol. It is not distilled as a byproduct of essential oil production. Distilled using copper alembic stills, our Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol does not have the unpleasant "still note" that hydrosols can have when they are produced using stainless steel equipment. Distillation using copper stills may also help the hydrosol be more resistant to microbial growth.

This beautiful Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol possesses an especially bright, fresh, sweet floral aroma. Each of our certified organic lavender hydrosols vary slightly in aroma. We recommend experimenting with them all to find your favorite and determine which you most prefer incorporating into your formulations.

Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol is highly versatile and can be used for a variety of applications on its own or as an ingredient in a wide range of formulations. It is calming and balancing and is well suited for inclusion in facial toners, body sprays, natural fragrances and other water-based personal care, holistic aromatherapy and home fragrancing products.

We ship our hydrosols in plastic to avoid breakage, but hydrosols should be transferred to glass as soon as possible. Like essential oils, hydrosols should be stored in a cool dry place. The shelf life of hydrosols is up to 2 years when they are stored properly. Our Organic Lavender Maillette Hydrosol does not contain any preservatives. Hydrosols can be stored in the refrigerator.
